The two cottages have lawns, with vegetable garden, orchard, hammock, trampoline, summer house with table football and views out over open fields to Afton Down.

Old Coastguards cottage is located on Old Alum Bay Road, near Totland, Isle of Wight. It is between Headon Warren and Tennyson Down and surrounded by open fields, with views to the Solent. The cottage sleeps 3 plus 1 in three bedrooms: a master bedroom with king size bed, a smaller second bedroom with a single bed and a third living room/bedroom.
